Are all of the Nourished Daily products made with natural ingredients?
Yes! As a brand, we value being as connected with nature as possible. And this includes our personal care products. Our natural products are made with the highest quality natural ingredients so they are good for you and good to the planet.
Are the Nourished Daily products all vegan & cruelty free?
They sure are! We love animals, and don’t believe they belong in testing labs or products.
Are the Nourished Daily products really suitable for every body, every day?
Absolutely. Our products are carefully formulated to nourish & protect the precious skin barrier & microbiome. As such, they can be used by every body from 6 months-106 years+.
Unfortunately we cannot be on-top of everyones personal sensitivities and allergies and as such, we recommend starting with a spot-test before full face & body use.
Do your products contain perfume or artificial fragrance?
Absolutely not. We create our beautiful scents with your health & olfactory pleasure in mind. As such, we only use less than 2% natural essential oils in our formulations. No synthetic ingredients, endocrine disrupting fragrances or skin barrier damaging chemicals are to be found at Nourished Daily.
What kind of packaging material do you use?
Using eco-conscious ingredients and packaging is an extremely high value at Nourished Daily. As such, all of our products are housed in as sustainable as possible packaging, without compromising the natural ingredients of the product.
We use recycled cardboard, PCR (post consumer recycled) plastic, PIR (post industrial recycled) plastic and bioplastic made from sugarcane.
We pack and protect our orders using recycled cardboard boxes that are also recyclable, along with recycled paper packing that is 100% biodegradable.
I am still waiting for my package, when can I expect it to arrive?
Check out our shipping & returns policy for all things shipping, delivery & returns. You can also find your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email that was sent to you when our warehouse dispatched your order. Simply search 'Nourished Daily' in your inbox.
How do I cancel or amend my order after completing the checkout?
Our speedy warehouse processes & packs your order so you receive your favourite natural personal care products as quickly as possible. This means that changes or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been finalised at the checkout.
If you change your mind about an order, you are welcome to send it back in exchange for a credit voucher within 14 days of purchase, as long as it is unopened & unused. In this circumstance you will be required to pay the return postage costs.
I have a subscription, but I don’t need any products this month. How do I change this?
Not a problem. Our subscription service is completely flexible for you to choose & edit the frequency of your delivery. You can login to your account via the Nourished Daily website and change the date of your delivery.
I have a subscription but I no longer want it. How do I cancel?
Awww… we will be sad to see you go! But we understand that life changes and sometimes so do our preferences in how we receive our Nourished Daily go-to products.
To cancel your subscription, simply login to your account on the Nourished Daily website and select ‘cancel subscription’. We will miss you, but you are welcome back anytime! xxx
Why isn’t my discount code working?
That’s a great question. Each promotion uses a unique code. If your code isn’t working, it may be because of one, or more of the following:
- You have spelt the code incorrectly
- You are trying to use more than one discount at a time
- You are trying to use a discount code for an already discounted product
- The discount has already expired. Please check the individual discount T&C’s

My item arrived damaged. What can I do?
Geez… that is a bummer. If your items arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days at hello@nourished-daily.com and we will determine the level of damage and credit, or replace the item accordingly.
Please don’t dispose of the damaged product/s until we have replied and decided what action will be taken to rectify this for you.
I received the wrong order!
We are so sorry about that! If your order is incomplete or incorrect, please email immediately us at hello@nourished-daily.com We are here to help you get your natural goodies.

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
Ohhhh… unfortunately items purchased on sale are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. But we are sure a friend or family member would love to take them off your hands!
I had a reaction to my products
Allergies & irritations are so annoying. Sometimes our body can react to even the purest natural ingredients, just like an allergy to a flower in nature.
Unfortunately we can’t know every single person's individual sensitivities & allergies and as such, we ask our customers to be responsible for their knowledge about their body's own response to natural ingredients.
A great way to avoid a nasty situation when starting with any new product is to begin with a patch test before applying to the entire face & body.
